Staff Training: Are You a Lion or a Lamb (or a Golden Retriever?)
Presented by: Casey Cuthbert-Allman from Seasons Hospice in Newton
Casey helped staff learn to identify personality types by using zoo animals as models. Staff learned how people differ from each other,
and how best to get along when you are a “lamb” and your client is a “lion.” Not surprisingly, ABC staff were predominately Golden Retrievers, described as sensitive, tender-hearted, loyal, and faithful, and wearing signs that say “I won’t hurt you.” We agree with that description of our ABC staff.
Senior Service Gala
ABC Home Care was a Blue Ribbon sponsor of Minuteman Senior Services’ gala fundraiser, “Country Legends Tribute” at the Regent Theatre in Arlington on October 19. ABC Home Care staff put on their cowgirl hats to support Minuteman’s elder services to 16 communities north and west of Boston.
