LPN/RN – Home Care Nurse

Immediate opening for a Home Care Nurse

2 - 3 days per week, 8 am – 4:30 pm  (full time potential)

Do you enjoy teaching AND working with Home Health Aides?

We are seeking an experienced RN or LPN to join our team. In this position you will oversee patient care services, take new referrals for services, and visit clients at home to assess for services. You will also supervise and support our home health aide staff in the field.

This position requires an RN or LPN with 2+ years nursing experience (home care a plus!); strong clinical and computer competence along with excellent communication skills. Must be a TEAM player that is self-motivated with the ability to function autonomously, able to prioritize and demonstrate problem solving skills & motivate others.
